Goolarri Media Enterprises, an Indigenous multimedia organisation based in Broome, Western Australia, is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to undertake the above consultancy.
Goolarri Media, a Registered Training Organisation, is currently establishing an Open Learning Centre and an IT Incu-train (training and incubation) centre, with a focus on digital media production.
The aim of this project is to review the current IT and multimedia training programs that Goolarri is scoped to deliver and assess their suitability in terms of the outcomes that Goolarri Media wishes to achieve with the Open Learning Centre and the Incu-Train. This consultancy will also recommend additional training programs that Goolarri could deliver, as well as developing a business case for the delivery of all identified courses.
